Thirty-seven dates in the Catskill foothills. Every place is by application. Applying does not hold a spot: we read every application personally and reply within a few days, or set up a call. When we confirm, the place is yours.
The Bearing: cohorts of 6–10 · Still Point: solo residencies, 10 places per date · Highland: one team of 6–10 per date
Lee has been CEO four times, including of the New York Institute of Finance, is a Board Director of Avado Learning, and set up Blenheim Chalcot's Red Team. Marsha leads Rutgers University's OneRED High-Impact Leadership Program and teaches leadership for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses.
“You cannot manufacture communitas. But you can create the conditions for it, and those conditions begin with your own grounded nervous system.”
Every date below is open. Fridays hand over to Mondays for The Bearing and Still Point; Highland holds the middle of each week for one team.
“I've always believed in the value of doing hard things. We all need proving grounds - experiences that test us and force us to grow.”
Tell us which date you have in mind and what draws you. We take no payment now and hold nothing automatically — Lee or Marsha reads every application and replies within a few days, or sets up a call. If you are bringing a team, say so and we will come back with the right conversation.
Prefer to talk first? Use the contact page and mention the date — same doors, same people.
“Lee then does the part most books skip, showing how to carry what you find back into the way you lead on Monday. That is the Inner Citadel. It's not just a feeling you get on a mountain, but a structure you maintain at work and beyond.”
